Yes, all the papers published by IJAIST are available for download for free. We are here to maintain the Open Access Publication policy.


5.What is the frequency of publications?

IJAIST publishes a regular issue every two (2) months apart from special issues. Totally there are 6 regular issues published every year. Articles are normally published on the last week of the month.

6.When will I obtain an acknowledgment email after my submission?

Paper submissions are normally acknowledged within 2-5 minutes. In case you do not receive any acknowledgment for a submitted paper, please do not resubmit your paper using the Paper Submission Form. 7. In case if my paper has not been accepted, what do I do now?

Papers not accepted on the first review round are sent back to authors either for major revisions or subject to complete reject. In case a paper is not accepted (major revision required), we highly recommend authors to modify and execute the reviewers recommendations and re-submit. Each submitted paper has a maximum of 6 review rounds.


8. Once I have submitted my revised paper, what next?

Revised papers are sent to the reviewers and also the editor in chief concerned to ensure continued evaluation of the quality of the papers. Authors are informed about the publication decision once we receive the reviewer’s feedback and recommendations.



9.How do I register my accepted paper?

Information about paper registration will be provided to you through email and the registration form once your paper will be accepted for publication. Currently we accept registration fees through bank wire transfer.



10.My paper has been published, but I cannot find it on the Web?

All published papers are normally indexed within 2-3 weeks from the date of publication and thereafter should normally be visible on the Web within 5-7 days.


11.When I receive my ePublication Certificate?

IJAIST will issue an ePublication Certificate. The certificates are normally sent (via email) within 5-7 weeks from the date of publication. All certificates will be sent to the corresponding authors and co-authors only.


12.Why IJAIST has article-processing charges?

Publishing with open access is not without costs. IJAIST discharges those costs from article-processing charges, because there is no charge to access its research content, believing instead that immediate, world-wide, barrier-free, open access to the full text of research articles is in the best interests of the scientific community.

13.Where is my article publication money going?

Publication fees are used to pay for several expenses:

  • Server and website update and maintenance
  • Electronic archiving
  • ePublication Certificate
  • Manuscript handling from submission to publication


14.Is it possible to submit the same article to IJAIST and another Journal simultaneously?

No. You have to give an undertaking that the article submitted by you is not published or submitted for publication in any other journal. The article not accepted by IJAIST can be published in any other journal. The intimation for non-acceptance of article will reach you within 90 days of the submission of article to IJAIST.

15.How does the review process work?

The review of articles is done through a blind peer review. All the articles received by IJAIST are send to Review Committee after deleting the name of the author to have an unbiased opinion about the research.


16.How do you choose the reviewers?

Eminent academicians are on the editorial and advisory board of IJAIST along with that we have a panel of renowned academicians and industry professionals to review the research articles

17.How long do reviews usually take?

Minimum time for review of any article is 15-20 days or one month


18.Do you have paper copies of Journal?

No. This journal is an online journal. The articles can be downloaded.
